• The Commission on State Emergency Communications (CSEC) is the authority on 9-1-1 and Poison Control emergency telecommunications for the State of Texas.
• Charged to preserve and enhance public safety and health in Texas through reliable access to emergency telecommunications services.  CSEC works with the telecommunications industry, local 9-1-1 authorities and the Regional Poison Control Centers to administer the statewide 9-1-1 program and the Texas Poison Control Network.
• We started working with CSEC in 1998 and created their first web site.  Since then we have updated, redesigned and implemented a content management system.  Their Web site has many customized features such as online training, online catalog, mass communications tools, and customized surveys, online registration and nomination forms.
• We have also developed several custom applications that help them manage the distribution of funding and tracking the performance of equipment throughout the state of Texas.
