OPIC

OPIC is the Office of Public Insurance Council. They act as an advocate for insurance consumers primarily before the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI). OPIC represents the interests of consumers as a class on matters involving rates, rules and policy forms affecting various personal lines of insurance such as auto, homeowners, title, and credit insurance, and in rulemaking for life, accident, and health insurance.

Recently, OPIC found themselves working way too hard to keep content updated on a Web site that hadn't been revised in many years. Soon they were talking to Interactive Ensemble about how we could not only improve the look of their site, but also provide them with data control and content management tools that are easy to use.

We provided this solution for them and offering a customized interfaces to keep otherwise unwieldly amounts of data easy to manage online. Now they offer the public a wide range of information that is easy to locate and powerful for them to use. OPIC is just another example of how Interactive Ensemble's suite of powerful site management tools (SMS) has provided the public with improved resources and given state agencies more productivity for taxpayer dollars.
