Susan Price

Chief Digital Strategist

Digital strategist Susan Price will conduct the interviews, document goals, requirements, pain points and ideas, and deliver any information architecture or navigation design recommendations. Susan is an internationally recognized user-centered design and emerging communication technologies expert with 30 years in the multimedia industry.

  • HUB-certified and DIR preferred vendor and consultant for the State of Texas. Delivered projects for the Texas Comptroller, the Texas Department of Commerce, TxDOT, Texas School Standards Board, the Texas Medical Board and the Center for State Emergency Communications (CSEC).

  • Published author and in‐demand speaker on digital technology and design.

  • Creative community leader and coworking sponsor. Interactive Ensemble hosts monthly coworking and knowledge sharing sessions.

Chris McDermott

Web Producer & QA Lead

Chris McDermott has more than 20 years experience delivering complex projects in the multimedia and web industry. He matches technologies and tools to project requirements, handles Facebook and mobile app coding, and manages QA and testing for projects.

Bruce Kramer

Bruce Kramer is a Drexel University engineer with over 25 years experience in the software and technology industry. Having spent too many years in the corporate world traveling as a technology implementation expert, Bruce went out on his own consulting in 1995, and in 2001 formed a technology support business that he successfully sold in 2009, to concentrate full time on embracing the fast growing mobile technology business. As a founder of Invictus Mobile Media in 2009, Bruce has focused on business implementation and usage of mobile technology. Bruce considers himself a mobile technology jack of all trades, who can build software for the iPhone as well as quote market statistics & demographics, while attempting to focus clients on how the can get the best ROI for their mobile investment.

Bruce is currently doing consulting work for implementation and development of custom mobile platforms focused in the business-to-business space. Working with Interactive Ensemble Bruce has focused on developing a tool set to allow mobile devices to manage and monitor remote embedded devices. The embedded devices report status and obtain updates from a cloud based server system, which can be managed, from either a desktop browser or a mobile application.  This system is flexible enough to deploy to many client scenarios to allow them to manage remote embedded systems.
